History

In September of 1990, we expanded from just a seasonal custard stand to a year round produce store.  We offered a variety of high quality fruits and vegetable at reasonable prices, a small salad bar, a few specialty grocery items, and just a few baked goods.

Over the years the Produce Shack has seen many changes in appearance and the products we sell. Based on demand, our business mix has changed over the years and become more focused on our lunch patrons.  Our Salad Bar offering has expanded, our Baked Good selection has increased, and our focus on fresh, store made items has expanded, but our store size has stayed the same.
